Although the Moorish nation is ancient, and its history glorious, the fact is the mighty Moorish Empire, like all empires, eventually fell. During this great fall, Moorish descendants were cast into chattle slavery and their lands stolen and history hidden. Their names were changed to reflect their status as property.
